In ultrasonic welding the horn transfers vibration to the part and directly affects weld quality. Horn dimensions are set by the machine's operating frequency, so we base production on the dimensions of your existing horn or the manufacturer's drawing.
You can send a worn or broken horn as a sample and we can define a nest for the part to be welded together. Making the horn and nest in one place minimises fit problems.
