Do you prepare the fixture drawing?
If you have a drawing we manufacture directly. If not, we review your part and needs and define the clamping points with you.
What materials do you use?
We can make fixtures in any material suited to the application: aluminium, steel, stainless steel, Delrin and other engineering plastics. Where needed we use soft materials such as Delrin on surfaces that touch the part.
Do you make single fixtures?
Yes — from a single fixture to multiple sets of the same fixture.
What should I send for a quote?
A drawing or sample of the part to be held and the process the fixture is for (machining, assembly, inspection or welding).
