On a CNC lathe the workpiece rotates while it is cut — the fastest and most accurate way to make cylindrical and round parts. On our CNC lathes we carry out OD and ID turning, facing, grooving, chamfering, threading and drilling.
We review your drawing and plan the best machining sequence for the material and quantity. If a turned part also needs milling — a keyway, cross hole or flat — we finish it on our CNC mill and deliver the part complete.

Frequently asked questions
Which materials do you turn?
Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, bronze and engineering plastics such as Delrin. For other materials, contact us and we will assess machinability together.
Do you take one-off orders?
Yes. Prototypes and one-off parts get the same care as series work.
I don't have a drawing — can you work from a sample?
Yes. Bring or send your old, worn or broken part and we will measure and reproduce it.
What should I send for a quote?
A technical drawing (PDF, STEP or DWG), material, quantity and required lead time. Without a drawing, photos and key dimensions of the part are enough to start.
